🔥 On June 28, 2023, everyone was taken by surprise by the so-called bill 9342, which quietly amended Article 23 of the Law of Ukraine "On Mobilization Preparation and Mobilization", as a result of which many who had a deferment from mobilization have now lost it. It was quickly adopted by the Verkhovna Rada, on June 30 it was signed by the President, and on July 1, the changes come into force.
