Google Analytic VS Google Console
What is the difference between Google Console and Google Analytics?
In this video, I want us to look at the difference between these two powerful analytical tools from Google.
So, Let’s start with Google Analytics,
Google Analytics tells us more about the people, who visited our websites,
It tells us things like their locations, pages they visited, how much time they spent on our sites and so on
While on the other side,
Google Console actually tell us about how our website shows up on Google search results when people are searching
For example,
If I went to Google and search “the cheapest hosting services for a WordPress website” and INNETEC appeared on the search results with other hosting providers like Afrihost and 1-grid
let’s say INNETEC ranked number three on that searched results and the person who was searching only visited the first two hosting providers
Since the person never visited our site, Google Analytics won’t be helpful to us in this case and that’s where the magic of Google console comes in to play.
