CLARIFICATIONS
Just to clarify if 0 : 38 wasn’t clear, the policy is permanently binding as in they do not delete your harvested data post deletion of the client for up to five years, and User Generated Content made with Lunar Client Services remains subject to Lunar Client control.
Just to clarify if 1 : 36 wasn't clear, We are referring to Lunar Client’s own youtube channel, and what potential User Generated Content may be featured or shown on said YouTube channel which they have the full authority to delete at will. This includes the rights reserved to monetize and profit on ‘User Generated Content’ taken from the service’s users as stated in the Terms of Service and Privacy Policy.
Just to clarify if 3 : 54 wasn’t clear, Lunar Client’s age verification method requires no verifiable proof (passport, government issued id, drivers license, etc) that the user is in fact 18 years of age. The ‘verification’ we refer to is tangible proof of age that can be backed by government issued identification which they have ‘zero’ of.
Just to clarify if 7 : 11 wasn’t clear, Cheatbreaker has a built-in anti cheat in the sense that you cannot run any software that would enable you to cheat through the cheatbreaker launcher and gives players the peace of mind knowing everyone using the service will not have an unfair advantage.
Just to clarify if 7 : 27 wasn’t clear, @SpecularMinecraft is an ‘Ex-Minecraft Youtuber’ or ‘Failed Minecraft Youtuber’ in the sense of his immense loss of viewership when comparing his biggest video with 376k viewers to his newest video only retaining 0.07% of his initial audience, holding 256 views as of July 18th (10 days after its publication). While not much is known about the external factors which led to the channel's drastic loss in viewership, many speculate it is due to the use of Ai generating tools when creating videos, scripts, and motion graphics leading the content to feel lifeless and inhuman. Despite his channel losing 99.93% of his viewers he still remains a dedicated Lunar Client Partner to this day.
Just to clarify if wasn't clear, the microphone I use throughout the entire video is a HyperX Quadcast with standard factory issue settings. I just want to point out that the interview at 9 : 00 was only a presentation of one person's opinion based on the facts and evidence within the lunar client TOS and Privacy Policy. IN NO WAY are any of the opinions stated within the interviews presented as an objective truth. They are only the interpretations of individuals within the community whose beliefs should NOT be made the sole reason for any action by viewers. The interviews are only intended to give insight to the opinions held by individuals of the playerbase and provide a space for those opinions to be heard.
Just to clarify for the cheatbraker section incase viewers assume some inaccuracy with the timeline, though Cheatbreaker did go through a controversy with its owner jhalt due to certain allegations, it does not change the fact that Cheatbreaker was the original Minecraft client, and is still around today while ran by a different person. primarily the video refers to the new Cheatbreaker and how it is continuously outperformed by Lunar Client to this day. While Lunar Client was created with help from many of the developers of Cheatbreaker, it is still ripped off in the sense that Cheatbreaker was replaced by a completely separate software (Lunar Client) that was in no way connected to the original.
