About the location:
It is a penthouse apartment located at a building along Palm Street in Charter Hill, Westbrook. The Peralezes's penthouse apartment, coincidentally, is located just two buildings away from the Gutierrez apartment. It is home to Mr. Emilio Gutierrez and Mrs. Nina Gutierrez.
Apparently it is the former couple's old apartment, due to a different luxury penthouse mentioned as being repossessed as part of the divorce proceedings between the couple.
This penthouse apartment is featured in the Wakako Okada gig "Until Death Do Us Part."

About the game:
Cyberpunk 2077 is a 2020 action role-playing video game developed and published by CD Projekt RED. The story takes place in Night City, an open world set in the Cyberpunk universe. Players assume the first-person perspective of a customisable mercenary known as V, who can acquire skills in hacking and machinery with options for melee and ranged combat.
The game is a continuation of the events of Cyberpunk 2020, taking an alternate path to that of Cyberpunk V3.0. The game is set in the dystopian metropolis of Night City and in the Free State of Northern California. Night City is located south of San Francisco around the area of Morro Bay, CA.
