Configuring Password Station’s Non-Enrolled User Notification Message
Password Station provides several methods to maximize user adoption of the self-service password reset and account unlock system. One method is to configure automated enrollment invitations that are periodically sent to all non-enrolled users. To configure this alert and email message: Start at the AIMS Configuration User Interface. Select Password Station from the product tree. Select Alerts under Options. Scroll until you reach Maximize User Adoption. Specify the frequency to send enrollment invitations in number of days. Enable the “Notify Non-Enrolled Users” checkbox.
By enabling this option, you also enable the associated email template. Select Save to enable the notification. Then, modify the message. Under Options, select Email Templates. Scroll until you reach Password Expiration Templates. Notice that the Non-Enrolled User Notification Message template is already enabled. Edit the Subject and Message Body to suit your organization’s needs. Select Save and your enrollment invitation will be sent to all non-enrolled users within the next 24 hours.
