"Mom, I don't want to go to kindergarten..." - what to do?
Every morning your child cries, clings to you, complains that he "doesn't like it" there. Why does this happen? 🤔
Children don't know how to invent anxiety.
They react to reality:
Fear that mom won't come back.
Difficulties with the teacher.
A feeling of an unsafe environment.
Or simply a mental unpreparedness for separation.
If you ignore this experience, it is very easy to form a deep emotional trauma: fear of being abandoned, mistrust of adults, difficulties with adaptation in the future.
One of my proven methods is visual re-experiencing.
Show your child photos:
– where children play with a smile,
– eat at the table,
– sleep in their beds
Even if these are not your photos, the main thing is that they have real joy and warmth.
This way you will create a new image of the kindergarten in the child's head - without anxiety, with the feeling "it's good there".
If you find it difficult - stay here. We are talking about important things. Carefully and truly 💛
