It’s powerful 50 watt multimedia stereo amp lets you reach up to 1000 people outdoors or in rooms up to 10,000 sq. ft. Its built-in 16 channel wireless receiver gives you the convenience of talking as much of 300 feet away from the unit.
The unit is powered by 10 D cell batteries that last up to 200 hours, or by optional AC power or optional NiCad rechargeable battery pack that’s used along with the optional AC adapter.
The Portable Buddy is easy to operate with controls accessible either by a sliding panel or by opening the unit.
There is an input jack, and separate volume and tone controls for external devices and output jacks for external speakers and recorder or computer.
