Starting on Shopify with $0 and 1 product - using Themes v2.0

Today I'm responding to a Reddit post asking what theme to use on Shopify for a one-product store.
Since several persons asked me this week what themes they should be using and what was the cost, I thought I would review 3 of the 6 FREE 2.0 Themes by Shopify.
In addition to being beautiful and performant, the v2.0 Online Stores by Shopify are very flexible and adaptable, making them good choices for single product websites. Indeed, you want to compensate for the lack of collections by adding more info and context around your brand and product benefits.
I'm reviewing the Dawn, Taste, and Sense themes with the angle of how to adapt them for a single product website.
Finally, I review an example that I like very much (and to which I'm not affiliated in any way).
