Hello welcome to the tutorial
In this tutorial you will find my preferred method to remove common viruses from most all kinds of computers. I use this method of removing viruses commonly when I am asked to find out what is wrong with someone’s computer. I was taught this method by an expert in the field who has had over 25 years of experiences being an IT Professional and seeing loads of viruses throughout his days.
Hopefully the instructions are simple enough to follow
You go to the website bleepingcomputer.com
Go to the downloads tab of bleepingcomputer.com
And search for the programs in the Video
Rkill
AdwCleaner
JRT
And ComboFix
Run these programs
Make sure you have your antivirus disabled for the two programs JRT and ComboFix.
And allow the programs to do their job :).
