I don't know what's going wrong and why no one wants to support shelter dogs, why does everyone need hard content - blood, guts, pain?

As of April 9, we have:
not even 30% of the collection for x-rays (needs to be closed by May 1)
no money for cereals (delivery 13.04 - 24,000 rubles)
not 50,000 rubles to pay the care workers
not a penny for repairing the enclosures
not a penny for paying for electricity
not a penny for removing the cesspools, which are full
Now I just want to wrap myself in a blanket, close my eyes and understand that this is all a dream. A very scary dream.
