RAW MUNG BEAN TABBOULEH SALAD

INGREDIENTS
2 cups mung beans (soaked overnight)
lacinato kale leaves, stems removed, chopped
italian parsley, chopped
mint, chopped
garlic, chopped
red onion, chopped
tomatoes, chopped
Juice of one whole lemon
Organic olive oil
Apple cider vinegar
cayenne pepper

Mix everything together in a bowl, with LOVE!
