Software Dev Galavanting: About to Try JetBrains' New UI (March 2023)
I just updated WebStorm, and the changelog mentioned this webinar ( • New UI: A Glimpse at the Future ) about the New UI that's currently in beta
The top comments seemed to not like how similar to VS Code it seems, but I kind of count that as a perk because it lowers the learning curve for new developers to switch between products.
When I teach new developers, it can make sense for me to start with VS Code because it's accessible, but for my own projects or at work, I prefer JetBrains IDEs.
I'm curious to see how it'll feel!
