Jerky Recipe:
5 pounds sliced lean beef 1/8 inch thick
2 cups soy sauce
1/4 cup honey
2 Tbsp liquid smoke
cracked salt & pepper
paprika
garlic salt
marinate 12-24 hrs
bake in rack at 180 for 4 hrs or until dried. store in fridge up to 2 weeks
