Sometimes what a person needs isn't to think more, but to be silent for a while.
In Sufism, "nothingness" isn't about seeing oneself as worthless; it's about distancing oneself from the noise of the ego and hearing the silence of the heart. Because when a person silences the voice that says "I," they begin to notice the deep peace within.
This meditation is a practice of nothingness inspired by the Sufi tradition.
Its aim is not to strain the mind, but to slow it down.
Just focus on your breath, allow thoughts to come and go, and feel the silent space within you.
Perhaps the peace you are looking for...
is not far away, but in that deep silence that emerges when you are silent. 🌙
