Solution 2 – Perform a System Restore

When your computer restarts choose Troubleshoot Reset this PC.
You can now choose between Remove Everything and Keep my files option. Both options remove all installed third-party applications but Keep my files option save your files and documents.
If required, insert Windows 10 installation media.

Solution 8 – Try to run SFC scan from Safe Mode
To enter Safe Mode, first, you need to do the following:
