Alone in the Cave of Echoes (Video).
This is a 1-day solo adventure in the Cave of Echoes, or Grotto of Echoes, near Cocalzinho de Goiás. An incredible place of singular beauty, where you can travel for kilometers underground, under total darkness and absolute silence.
The Cave of Echoes was formed by a collapse thousands of years ago, and houses the largest underground lake in Latin America, reaching 300 meters in length when fully filled.
On this day, I explored its interior alone, enjoying and savoring the wonders of being completely immersed in such an incredible environment. The sensation is dazzling, addictive, and absolutely memorable.
Absolute silence and total darkness are sensations that can be experienced inside.
