Spring rain, or harusame, is the Japanese name for Funchoza noodles, or glass noodles. Harusame is written with two kanji, meaning spring and rain. A very poetic name for noodles, isn't it?
In this episode, we'll make this salad with omelet, ham, and vegetables. It's a very simple and quick dish to prepare, yet delicious, filling, and low-calorie.
