The survivors capture the train they planned to take to Louisiana, intending to reach the airport and be rescued by the military. However, the train derails due to barricades on the tracks, leaving them stranded in a small county near Louisiana.
As the survivors, you navigate through an upscale neighborhood, climb onto a broken bridge, and encounter a crashed plane. Crossing the bridge, you arrive in a residential area. In one of the houses, you discover a family that had taken refuge on the roof but tragically ended their lives after running out of ammunition and struggling to survive.
From there, you head to Gordon Ramsay's restaurant and find yourself in the laundry room. Crossing the road, you reach a construction site and make your way to the local square. Eventually, you arrive at Whispering Oaks Amusement Park, where you restore power, enabling access to a hotel. From the hotel, you move to a small diner where you meet a clown named Chad and a girl named Michelle. They demand a bottle of cola in exchange for passage to the county's coast. These two will prove helpful later. ;)
Remember the building you saw at the beginning? That’s your next destination. Soon, you’ll enter it and find yourself on a movie set. Open the doors to the street, fuel up the generator to restore power, and cause a short circuit to break through a decrepit wall on the second floor. Continuing along the rails, you’ll eventually reunite with old friends who will take you to the airport in New Orleans. There, six rescuers will ensure your escape.
