I found an old version (19-alpha) of the Tanktastic game, and implemented the ability to ride tanks offline.

Garage:
no errors due to lack of connection to the server;
entrance to the hangar;
all tanks are available;
all tanks are fully equipped;
choose default camouflage to reset all modules;
you can buy modules if they are not installed;
the ability to see the price tags of vehicles;
the ability to create rooms;
to access mi-24 and m1128 you need to find and activate the hidden trigger.
In rooms:
the ability to enter rooms and use your tank;
the ability to create a room in the flying camera mode;
a room for testing old artillery;
the "Museum" room, where all the vehicles is spawned;
a small bot system was written to simulate the battles of that time;
to create a room without bots, enter any password;
all bonuses spawn in their original locations, and when picked up they give you health points. This does not work for bots.
