My electric boiler started heating poorly. I fixed it myself.
I checked my electric boiler before the heating season. After turning it on, it failed to heat the system to 35 degrees Celsius for an hour. The cause turned out to be two of the three heating elements that were faulty. I show how I diagnosed this and repaired the boiler in this video.
