MEET YOUR MAT: 4 Steps to Start Your Yoga Practice
"STEP 2" Tutorial
In this 4 part series, you will learn how to practice the most popular yoga postures found in public classes today. Learn how to move from posture to posture, connect your breath, and check in with yourself to get the most out of your time on the mat.

During each step, you'll actually get on your mat, move your body, and wrap up the tutorial by linking the postures together in a mini flow.
Each of the tutorial videos ALSO have a coordinating beginner vinyasa style class, so that you can really begin to get comfy following along to cues and get used to how YOU move and experience & explore YOUR practice.

At the end of our MEET YOUR MAT series, you will feel CONFIDENT enough to step into any Vinyasa Yoga class, understand what the teachers are asking you to do, and most importantly, embody the practice in a way that allows you to ENJOY YOGA!

During STEP 2 we explore:

-Puppy Pose
-Side Angle Pose
-Side Plank
-Chair Pose
-Goddess
-Camel
-Crow

We work through each posture individually, and then weave them all together at the end of the video in to a mini sequence, allowing you to feel how transitioning from posture to posture feels in flow.

ALL YOU NEED to practice is YOU...
But we DO recommend a mat to cushion the surface you're practicing on + a set of yoga blocks!
