इस विडियो के जरीये यह बताया गया है कि आप यू डाईस प्लस स्टूडेन्ट मॉडयुल मे यदि आपके विद्यालय में किसी भी कक्षा में एक से अधिक सेक्शन है और यूडाईस पर नहीं आ रहे तो उन्हे कैसे बनाना है और यदि किसी कक्षा में सेक्शन कम हो गये है तो अतिरिक्त सेक्शन को कैसे हटाना है।
In this video, it is explained how to create and delete sections in the UDISE+ Student Module.
To create a section, follow these steps:
1. Go to the UDISE+ Student Module and log in with your school's credentials.
2. Click on the "Section Management" tab.
3. Click on the "Add Section" button.
4. Enter the following information:
o Class: The class that the section will be for.
o Section Name: The name of the section.
5. Click on the "Add" button.
To delete a section, follow these steps:
1. Go to the UDISE+ Student Module and log in with your school's credentials.
2. Click on the "Section Management" tab.
3. Click on the "Expend All Section” button
4. Click on the “Delete" button.which section you want to delete
5. Select the section that you want to delete.
6. Click on the "Delete" button.
The video also explains how to handle the following situations:
• If a school has multiple sections for a class, but these sections are not appearing in UDISE, the school can create the sections manually in the UDISE+ Student Module.
• If a class has fewer sections than it did previously, the school can delete the extra sections in the UDISE+ Student Module.
