Grand Theft Auto Vice City Extended Features has been built in more than 10 years, contains tons of scripts, tons of interiors and new features.

Carcer City is an industrial zone — a dangerous place, but not as grim as in Manhunt. In this timeline, the city is still lively.,
A drug dealing side mission has been added. The mechanic is inspired by Scarface and GTA: Chinatown Wars.,
Improved swimming features: better animations, and Tommy can now dive using the shoot button.,
Tommy can now walk while crouching.,
Newly added houses are now purchasable properties. Previously, these safehouses were available from the start.,
New outfits are now available for Tommy.
