Understanding Coastal Flooding from SLR
Lecture on the factors driving sea level rise and how this relates to coastal flooding. Dynamic nature of sea level. Coastal flooding as a function of tides, storm surge, and rising sea level. This lecture is a supplement to the tutorial on modeling coastal flooding in ArcGIS.
