The Atherton Project - Open Season
Episode 5 of The Atherton Project kicks off in Vernon, New Jersey for the US Open. It's a constantly-changing, notoriously challenging track, and pushes the riders to their very limits. Off-track, Gee shares his slightly dubious American cable TV picks.
Then it's on to Fort William in Scotland for Round 3 of the UCI World Cup. The pressure mounts -- it's a huge event for the Athertons on a physically demanding and tiring course, with masses of family and friends present. None of the Atherton's have ever won at Fort William, a goal every British rider fights for, but there's a first time for everything...
