The upcoming Ubuntu release, Ubuntu 23.10, began its development in late April and was initially powered by Linux kernel 6.2. As we all know, Linux kernel 6.2 is no longer supported, hence updating to Linux kernel 6.3 or later is strongly advised. After two months of development, the daily build ISO images of Ubuntu 23.10 now utilize the stable Linux kernel 6.3.
