I parked, thinking that there was a full-fledged parking lot. I saw the markings and that's what misled me. I decided to help my wife carry her bag. I left for 10 minutes. I came out and saw this picture.

And also, for some individuals on social networks! I started doing all this 5 years ago. And all this in order to show the police officers who are empowered to conduct cases on administrative offenses that they are no different from ordinary citizens. Officials themselves violated traffic rules on a huge scale. I proved this with a huge number of videos and fines issued to traffic police officers. You need to be people first and foremost, and not pretend to be kings!
I have never positioned myself as an ideal driver. I am the same as all citizens, an ordinary person. And I drive like most professional drivers. And as for traffic violations, there are no citizens who would not violate them. Minor violations, sometimes, which drivers don't even know about, always exist.
As for this violation, this road marking, which indicates parking spaces, misled me. And believe me, I did not violate the traffic rules on purpose! As for the towing, it is clear to everyone that recently, for 4-5 years already, towing is not to ensure free passage for drivers from the interfering vehicles parked in violation in the second or third row, but to make money, receiving kickbacks from impound lots. And towing takes place in those places where it is easiest to do it, without straining and in the shortest possible time!
And it has already been repeatedly discussed that they simply write out a fine without towing the vehicle in those places where it does not interfere with other vehicles.
In short! I violated, I paid a fine of 3 thousand. But this place, because of which countless citizens suffer, is disgusting. And I will contact the administration of St. Petersburg with a request to provide additional signs that parking and stopping in this place is prohibited.
