Boris Nadezhdin, a leader of Pravoye Delo, Russia's political party, says that Medvedev had promised to "draw so many votes to the party, so that we would have 50 mandates in the Duma", which would lower the role of the leading party, but that project was cancelled due to Prohorov's disobedience. :)
