[NBA2K23] Create-a-Saiyan MOD Tutorial
This is a free mod that replaces the default NBA2K23 Create A Player mode with a DBZ themed one. Modifies skin tones, face markings, hairstyles, facial hair, accessories, etc. Only works on PC.
