In this Excellence Talks edition, Dr. Christian Forstner and Murat Aydin welcomed Aziz Alameri, Executive Director National Program for Happiness and Well-being at Prime Minister's Office - United Arab Emirates, UAE.

Aziz is a speaker and Author who loves personal development and progress. He loves sports challenges and reading.
Al Ameri is “Founder / Business and Life strategist” at Strategy and Happiness Consultancy.
He Served as an Advisor and chief of Happiness and Quality of Life at the UAE’s Federal Authority for Identity and Citizenship until March 2019. He holds a Master of Science in Human Resources Management from University of Surry in the United Kingdom. Graduated from the first batch of the UAE Government Leaders Program 2009, as well as the first batch of the 2017… (Chief Executives of Happiness and Quality of Life Program at the state Ministry of Happiness)
He served, also, as Director General of Ports and Airports, Prior to that, Advisor to the Supreme Council of National Security, Director of Strategy and Performance Development at the Ministry of Interior, and Abu Dhabi Police since 1992.
Brigadier General Aziz was a member of the network of the chief of happiness and quality of life, and a member of the security council to prepare for the hosting of the Expo 2020, a certified trainer and lecturer at the Ministry of Interior and the Ministry of Cabinet Affairs and future, as well as a member and chaired many specialized committees. Participated in the national celebrations of the World Day of happiness through coaching and lectures in various events such as happiness journey 2017 and 2018 and others.
Founding member of the Emirates Association for Strategic Planning. Advising in change management, corporate performance management systems and excellence. Participated directly in the preparation of strategies for many local, regional and international bodies such as Abu Dhabi Police and the Ministry of Interior. As well as the vision of the UAE 2021, the Secretariat General of the GCC States, the United Nations Police and others…
Aziz has been a certified Assessor of the European Foundation for Quality Management (EFQM) since 2005 and participated in assessing a number of institutions in excellence awards in various sectors. As well as the leading the policy and strategy team which won the first place, the first two rounds in the participation of the Ministry of Interior for the Sheikh Khalifa Award for Government Excellence 2010 and 2012, respectively.
He has provided numerous studies and working papers as well as training and consulting to deferent countries and organizations. And was awarded many certificates, awards, and medals for his outstanding performance. And participated in training and advising many government officials in other countries.
Aziz is working on having a tangible positive impact in life and humanity… and believes that everything is possible.
