This product cannot be installed on selected update channel-
1. Use the uninstall troubleshooter to remove all the traces of Office apps.

2. Once removed,
a. Go to www.office.com/ and sign in with your Microsoft account.
b. click install Office in the top right corner.
c. Download and install the packages.
Next, sign in with your Microsoft account.
3. Use Microsoft Support and Recovery Assistant.

You can use this tool if you encounter any installation problems or activation problems.
Important: Ensure you use the same Microsoft account.
Registry editor Path - HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\Office\ClickToRun
Delete the "Configuration folder" and restart your computer.
