GTA V Offline + Free Mods Setup on PC | Script Hook V + ScriptHookVDotNet + Menyoo Tutorial
Want to set up GTA V offline with mods on PC? In this video, I’ll show you the full beginner setup step by step, including how to install the three main mod components I use: Script Hook V, ScriptHookVDotNet, and Menyoo.
What I install in this video:
✅ GTA V Offline setup
✅ Script Hook V
✅ ScriptHookVDotNet
✅ Menyoo Trainer
✅ Copy mod files into the GTA V main folder
✅ Launch GTA V
✅ Skip/complete the first story mission if required
✅ Open Menyoo and start using mods
STEP 1 — Prepare GTA V
Install GTA V and locate your main GTA V folder.
Example:
Grand Theft Auto V Legacy
This is the folder where the main GTA V game files are located.
STEP 2 — Install Script Hook V
Extract Script Hook V and copy the required files into your GTA V main directory.
Script Hook V allows GTA V to load .asi plugins used by many mods.
STEP 3 — Install ScriptHookVDotNet
Extract ScriptHookVDotNet and copy the required files into the same GTA V main directory.
Typical files include:
ScriptHookVDotNet.asi
ScriptHookVDotNet.ini
ScriptHookVDotNet2.dll
ScriptHookVDotNet3.dll
ScriptHookVDotNet is used by many GTA V script mods that require .NET support.
STEP 4 — Install Menyoo
Copy:
Menyoo.asi
menyooStuff
into your GTA V main folder.
STEP 5 — Launch GTA V
Start GTA V normally.
If this is your first launch, you may need to complete the opening/story intro before accessing free roam.
In the video, I already completed this section, so I skip ahead.
STEP 6 — Open Menyoo
Once you are in GTA V:
Press F8
to open the Menyoo menu.
You can then use:
Player Options
Vehicle Options
Weapon Options
Teleport Options
Object Spawner
World Options
Time Options
Weather Options
Important:
Always make a backup of your original GTA V files before installing mods. These mods are intended for single-player/offline use. Avoid using single-player mod tools in GTA Online.
