In this episode of Sunny Isle, we're tackling a traffic issue of our own making—taxis. With so many depots and upgrades across the city, our roads became saturated with yellow cabs, clogging intersections and disrupting key transfer points.
To fix it, we’ve rethought our approach: removing dispatch centre upgrades, placing more taxi stands in strategic locations, and refining key junctions to guide traffic more effectively. The result is a more balanced flow that serves pedestrians, transit users, and drivers alike—without grinding the city to a halt.
We also take the opportunity to expand into a long-overlooked corner of the map, introducing a large supermarket, tweaking road layouts, and improving pedestrian access with a new overpass.
