Upgrading FND Docker containers without access to Cisco registry 1
This video walks thru the upgrade instructions for FND (Postgres version) when access to Cisco Registry (devhub-docker.cisco.com) is not available or a user account has not been enabled. The instructions assume that you have contacted the FND TME to get access to the docker containers and upgrade files and have downloaded them to the FND server.
