Life is Art benefit at Tobacco Road pt. 2
Life is Art benefit at Tobacco Road has selected six artists who live around Miami to paint the outdoor concert area of this venerable establishment. The six artists who were chosen are Trek Six, Sean Murdock, Kaz Williams, Nate D., CP and Gus Ramirez. They have reclaimed the walls that had been painted not too long ago pink to a more Rock-n-Roll conductive color scheme. Each artist was given an area to apply their creative talents and the results are fascinating. Now Miami's oldest drinking establishment has the newest and freshest paintings covering their walls. Make this a must see on your list of places to go as some of Miami's most celebrated graffiti artists or aerosol artists have hit the walls of Tobacco Road with very imaginative masterpieces. This documentary was filmed and edited by Joey Kernisky with lots of help from his trusty photo assistant Lucas Romano. A very special thanks go out to James Goll, the Promotions Coordinator at Tobacco Road and James Echols, the Director of Life is Art, both of whom were integral in putting this event together.
