In this video, I talk about silver, a relatively valuable metal that can be found in nature in its pure state and has many uses in our daily lives: its high reflectivity makes it an ideal material for making mirrors, its high conductivity gives it applications in electronic circuits, and its antibacterial properties allow it to be used in some medical applications. Of course, that doesn't mean that the famous "colloidal silver" works. There's no evidence that this substance provides any benefits... And it can turn you blue.
