First Go To Settings Then Device Performance Then Display And Sound Then Advanced Sound Settings then Go To Select Formats And Then Select Manual Then Turn ON Dolby Digital, Dolby Digital Plus, DTS, AAC Then Long Press Power Key On Your Remote And select Restart
If This Is Not Working Then Select Automatic: Use Device Reported Formats Then Long Press Power Key On Your Remote And select Restart
If This Is Also Not Working Then Do A Factory Reset-
