The Ristaag - Main Quest Walkthrough (TES III Morrowind: Bloodmoon)
After you've retrieved the The Totem of Claw and Fang from the Tombs of Skaalara, Korst Wind-Eye instructs you to take part in the Ristaag (not to be confused with the Reichstag), a Skaal Ceremony where you hunt the Spirit Bear,
Find Rolf Long-Tooth (near Graring's House, which again serves as a convenient landmark) and talk to him at around 10 pm. Your hunt may get interrupted by furries.
