Timelapse Basics in Adobe After Effects
Another blast from the past! Still a totally valid way to put together a timelapse but you're probably just going to drop the still straight into your favorite NLE. I will say with the spot removal technique still works wonders all these years later, though I would probably use the content aware fill these days depending on the shot.
