Father Sebastian Kneipp was a priest from Germany (1821-1897). His teachings are taught and being used to this day, he is the inventor of the Kneipp Cure and hydrotherapy, and all of it was most unconventional for his time.
He combined five topics, that needed to be fulfilled in a patient`s life for good health, namely: hydrotherapy, phytotherapy, exercise, nutrition and balance (i.e. mental health).
