SUBLIMATION problems? IT MIGHT be the PAPER

After several problems reported by our customers, we got to work finding a solution.
On some products, like sublimation puzzles, the previously recommended Truepix paper (which is still good for other types of products) stuck together, and on others, like Texprint XR, the colors weren't correct. We decided to use Texprint XP for EPSON, and surprisingly, it worked perfectly. The only drawback is that the paper comes out of the printer wet, especially the black ink, so it's important to let it dry for a few minutes.
Mugs were another source of problems when there was a high percentage of black ink, as the black either wasn't consistent or it burned through. Using Texprint XP paper for EPSON printers solved this.
So, if you own a Sawgrass or Ricoh printer with Sublijet inks, we highly recommend using this paper and comparing your results. As you know, at Brildor we work to ensure our customers have the highest quality products.
