Incase anyone else can relate to this, I used to feel stressed and overwhelmed when I took my first steps into the art of webtoon creation.
~I saw a really cool webtoon and it inspired me to want to make something awesome like that! :~
Now despite my motivation being high, I still found myself frustrated due to not knowing what tools I should use, feeling clueless about the specific tools a webtoon artist would typically use.
Granted I did have some comic art tools that I could use but I wasn't sure if that would be good enough for making webtoons - I blame my fear of making a mistake and perfectionism for triggering my indecisiveness/anxiety for this situation...
Thankfully through lots of trial, error, and testing out new ideas down through the years, I'm now finally creating my own webtoons and have since noticed something, why aren't there other live-streams to help those who might be in the same situation as I was?
To answer that, I've started my own live-stream:
It will be at 9:40pm CST, and I'll share the software, tools, and online resources I use for creating my webtoon, as well as some great alternatives that can also be used to draw in a webtoon style.

Software I use to help me create a webtoon: Clip Studio Paint EX
Some great alternatives that I love using because it has similar features: Medibang Paint & ibispaint
Some other FREE alternatives that you might also like and that also can be used to create webtoon: Krita & Gimp
All of the tools I used to draw digitally: Wacom Cintiq 24HD and Wacom Intous Graphic Tablet, iPad Pro 10' and Apple Pen
Some great beginner friendly options: Just about any Smartphone with touchscreen capabilities, either a generic stylus from any general store or the Adonit stylus pen.
Favorite online resource: Croppy website to help reformat my webtoon for tapas and Canva but they have their own built in formate now when you upload. Artbreeder to help me when I have artist block or just want to build a reference from a concept idea in my head. For backgrounds recourse I love Clara.io to use their browser base 3D program that's similar to Sketchup but I can export more formats for free than I would with sketchup AND I have 30 free school edition background resources that you're free to use on my site!~
All of the 30 school edition webtoon backgrounds are free for anyone to use for to help make their webtoon comic if backgrounds are the thing that might be stopping you from starting your comics!
