I will go show you how to change thumbnail to youre playlist inside of Youtube. It is not possible to change it directly but a very simple way by uploading a intro clip and choosing the thumbnail to that clip then you put it first inside youre playlist and the thumbnail will effectively be changed to that clips thumbnail.
Hopefully the video helped you change clip speed inside Davinci Resolve!
