# Date-Honey Milkshake | Stay Fit & Healthy During Ramadhan
So, our today's #StayAtHome recipe is the special Honey Date Milk.
Well, it’s my recent favorite menu for my family Iftar, the Date-Honey Milkshake.
Either drink it while warm or cold are both great.
I sincerely promise that during fasting, our body will remain in a good shape all day along, no fatigue & sleepy free.
It’s also perfect for breastfeeding mothers, because it’ll ease the breast milk to flow smoothly.
I’ve experienced it by myself, it maintains my fitness and made me strong enough to perform fasting during Ramadhan even when I was pregnant.
NOTE: You may add 1 tsp of ginger powder per recipe if you like, it will also taste even better.
For the Honey, it’s only optional, even without honey, IMO it tastes sweet enough even without sugar.

Ingredients
The Main Ingredients
170 grams or about 25 dates, wash them clean, seeded
* 500 ml of boiled water
* 500 ml Plain UHT full cream Milk
* 40-80 grams or about 2-4 tablespoons of Honey, suit your taste
* 300 ml of hot water (to soak the dates for a while)
Misc. Ingredients
5 bottles of 250 grams packaging
* Green-tea, or Strawberry pasta flavorings.
* 15 grams ready-to-use Jelly (1 Sachet of 15 grams Nutrijell, its taste is up to your preference)
* 400 to 500 ml of water
* 6 sachets of low-calories Sugar substitutes (Diabetasol), it can be replaced with 50 grams sugar)
* An extra 2 additional bottles (If you make the jelly version, you’ll get 7 bottles from this single recipe)
