During “The Sun” ending, Johnny has the opportunity to apologize to Alt Cunningham when he meets her beyond the Blackwall.
This can only be done if you treated her human form well during “Never Fade Away”. To achieve this, simply avoid selecting all timed dialogue, and select the dialogue that seems most nice. When Johnny catches up to her in the alley, you should have the choice to offer to walk her home.
