NEW "Lightning" Enchantment vs. Poisoned Thorn Control Test (Still Broken?) - Neverwinter Mod 25
In upcoming Neverwinter Mod 25 we are getting 3 new weapon enchantments, Lightning Flash, Refulgent Fortification and Living Hex.
All of them have interesting features and in this video i will go over Lightning Flash and compare it on single target versus Poisoned Thorn,
and parse the results.
Lightning flash gives additional damage on critical hit in terms of magnitude every 10 seconds, and provides extra accuracy and critical strike also every 10 seconds.
So let`s see how this enchantment performs!
