A married police officer in Tennessee, United States (US), was fired after being involved in a sex scandal. She was revealed to have had intimate relationships with six fellow officers.
Maegan Hall was married to Jedidiah Hall. She claimed to be in what she called an "open marriage," but her husband disagreed.
According to the New York Post, Thursday (January 12, 2023), her husband was a local state park ranger.
According to an internal investigation by the La Vergne Police Department in Tennessee, Maegan Hall—now a former police officer—said that she and her husband, Jedidiah Hall, were in an open marriage—although he was not involved in the sex scandal.
According to Maegan Hall's Facebook page, she and her husband married on May 23, 2018.
Born in Chapel Hill, Tennessee, Jedidiah Hall said the time she spent at Henry Horton State Park as a child inspired her to work with Tennessee State Parks.
“Without much money to travel, Henry Horton became my family's summer vacation destination. Growing up on the trails and swimming in the river made me fall in love with our state parks and being outdoors,” she wrote in a blog for the parks department.
Jediah Hall originally planned to become a teacher. However, while working toward her master's degree at Middle Tennessee State University, she was hired by Henry Horton State Park as a seasonal interpretive reenactor during the summer.
“That summer changed my life, and I decided to teach park visitors about Tennessee's history and natural resources,” she wrote.
