I know I'm late to the "here's how my rig handles Crysis" party but I'm gonna do it anyway!
~30fps with:
-all settings @ Max (Very High)
-resolution = 1600x900
-AA = 4x
My Rig:
Radeon HD 5850
Intel Q6600 (quad)
6 GB ram
