XLOOKUP vs VLOOKUP in Excel - Stop Using VLOOKUP (
VLOOKUP not working #n/a? Learn how to use XLOOKUP, a new function that is more user-friendly, more flexible and avoids some annoying VLOOKUP errors. When you work a lot with Excel, you are using this function more often than not, it performs a complex role that is actually needed all the time.
The formula for XLOOKUP is as follows:
=XLOOKUP(lookup_value, lookup_array, return_array, [if_not_found], [match_mode], [search_mode])
The first 3 are the basic, necessary arguments and the last 3 are optional.
Please don't be intimidated by it as this formula is still WAY EASIER than VLOOKUP.
