Captains, if your Lieutenant is in anyway acting out that I find valid, they WILL be demoted without your consent, no warnings will be given, they will just be gone. C46 also has the ability to demote any Lieutenant for a valid reason.
Captains MUST also act behavior appropriate for this game.
